Living Space

After initial consultation we'll develop a initial "concept" floor plan

This is a "starting point" and we expect revision(s),

Is the walk-in closet big enough? Do we need another window in the living room?

This allows you to look room by room at the plan to arrive at that perfect floor plan
-
Once the floor plan has been confirmed then we can design the roof and exterior elements

Final Plans

We begin with a review of as revised set of plans including elevations,foundation and floor plans
-
Any noted changes or additions are then incorprated and final revisions to plans are made
-
We add in any pertinent details,specifications or Ontario Building Code notes
-
Submit to client for final approval

After receiving final payment from client we add our signed BCIN stamp and provide digital PDF copy of plans to customer

Garage & Pole Barn Plans for that "Man-Cave"
Ontario Building Code limits floating slab single storey garage construction to 592 sq.ft. Slab engineering for larger garages or 2 levels can be provided at an additional cost. Alternatively , consider a 4ft deep frost foundation for your dream garage or shop .
