Consultation

  • Come prepared with your ideas and dreams framed by your budget

  • Practical and Sensible: start with the site,Building envelope & setbacks size & height restrictions, are you a sunrise or sunset person?

  • Lets talk about your "must haves", wants, and never in a million years

  • Bring those photos and sketches!

Living Space

  • After initial consultation we'll develop a initial "concept" floor plan

  • This is a "starting point" and we expect revision(s), 

  • Is the walk-in closet big enough? Do we need another window in the living room?

  • This allows you to look room by room at the plan to arrive at that perfect floor plan

  • Once the floor plan has been confirmed then we can design the roof and exterior elements

Final Plans

  • We begin with a review of as revised set of plans including elevations,foundation and floor plans

  • Any noted changes or additions are then incorprated and final revisions to plans are made

  • We add in any pertinent details,specifications or Ontario Building Code notes

  • Submit to client for final approval

  • After receiving final payment from client we add our signed BCIN stamp and provide digital PDF copy of plans to customer

Our Services

Garage & Pole Barn Plans for that "Man-Cave"

Ontario Building Code limits floating slab single storey garage construction to 592 sq.ft. Slab engineering for larger garages or 2 levels can be provided at an additional cost. Alternatively , consider a  4ft deep frost foundation for your dream garage or shop .

Additions and
Renovation Plans 

It may be a  basement renovation, chef's kitchen, or a whole house renovation/addition but all  projects need to start with a "PLAN"
